Corrib Gym is a fully equipped gym which includes a sauna, steam-room and relaxing area.  We cater for all levels of fitness and age groups. Our qualified Fitness Instructors will provide ongoing advice and support.  So if you are looking for a friendly, welcoming place to workout, pop in!

Here at Corrib Gym we cater for all levels of fitness & age groups.

Teen Gym

The Teen Fitness class aims to introduce young people to a fitness environment who may not be the age to join the gym but would have an interest. In this class young people will learn the following: The differences between Cardiovascular and Strength training. How to operate cardio and body resistance gym equipment.

Over 55's Strength & Conditioning

This class incorporates  Cardio, Strength & Balance . A circuit where we alternate between cardio movement patterns and strength training exercises. Balance is incorporated into both the cardio and strength drills. Class is performed standing with options to utilize a wall or chair.

*New* Virtual Relaxation & Virtual Stretching

New Virtual Stretch & Relaxation Classes.

Learn simple breathing techniques, accessible stretches as well as meditation style stretching & relaxation skills.

Bootcamp

This is a type of interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/ aerobic exercises combining the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout. All fitness levels welcome.

Join us for Indoor Cycling and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Indoor Cycling techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of abilities, from beginner to advanced. Pilates

Pilates is an exercise method that will improve strength, lower stress levels, lessen incidence of back pain, boost immune system and increase bone density. Pilates also gives greater joint mobility, a flatter stomach and prevention and healing of injuries.
